Choosing and ordering your cake is an exciting part of the build up to your wedding day. The optimum time to order your wedding cake is 6 - 9 months before your big day. With so much to organise it's a good idea to have a written plan of everything you need to do. These months will give you time to do some taste testing and get your wedding cake design nailed.

I've tried to make the process as simple as possible for you,

Fill up the order form from this website or contact me via email.
Please provide the date and venue so I can check my availability and see if the venue is within our delivery range.
Kindly indicate the approximate number of guests you want to serve the cake.
If you have a design in mind, feel free to email it to me so i can work out the estimated price for you. If you would like a design consultation we can arrange zoom meeting that is convenient date to both parties to discuss the details. During the meeting I will also sketch your cake design so you can visualise how it look. This can be alter depending your preference.
Taster box is also available to be posted or collection if you wish to try out different flavours before making a deposit.
Once design, size and number of tiers has been finalised, written quote will be email with the required amount deposit.
Once you have decided to book, a deposit is required to secure the date.
Around 4 weeks before your wedding, I will be in touch to confirm all of the final details.
The week before your wedding, I will liaise with your planner/ organiser to coordinate with the delivery and setup.
Final payment is due no later than 21 days before the wedding day. If the payment is not received a reminder will be sent. If the remaining balance is not paid on time I will consider the order is cancelled and deposit is lost.
On your wedding day, I usually arrive an hour or 2 before your guests starts arriving, timing will be depending on works required during the set up. Usually I will have already arranged the set up/ delivery time with your or your planner prior to your event date.

After all this process, all you have to do is to look forward to your special day and ENJOY YOUR CAKE!

How much is my wedding cake?

I don’t have a set of price list as every cake I make is completely bespoke to your desire. Price depends on the complexity of the design, number of portions, materials, works required, delivery and set up cost

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery charges is calculated based on mileage and the estimated amount of time it will take to deliver the cake

* For Wedding cakes / any cakes 3 tiers or more, I always recommend that have it delivered, rather than arranging someone to collect it from me as this will save you worrying about your cake. Cakes are fragile and delicate it requires a certain amount of careful driving and packing.

*It also requires set up on your venue.

What is set up fee?

This is an extra service on top of your wedding cake price. It is required for tiered cake 3 onwards where I will stack and style the cake on the venue

What time will you arrive at the venue?

I will arrive 2-3 hours before your wedding starts depending on how complex the styling required.

Do you make replica cakes?

No, I don’t copy a complete replica of other designers’ creation. But I am happy to recreate and use it as inspiration.

Will you draft sketch for me?

Yes, I will draft a sketch which we can alter depending on your preference.

Can I have different flavours?

For tiered cakes, Yes, I recommend having different flavours to give you and your guest options.

Can I taste the cake before choosing which flavour?

Yes, you have the option to order a taster box, Dates will be posted where you can pre order and it will be discussed before booking the date. Charges are applied for taster box.
